Does this interconnected system mean the school has no more control of
information?
Not at all. On the contrary, the school now has more control than ever. The school is in full control of what information is being share to who at what times. This application also ensure that the information the school has is always acurate and up to date.

At Cognian we want to empower the entire South Africa and our goal is to one day do it completely for free. This system works in both big and small schools and will empower the school with all the tools it requires to successfully and efficiently manage the school.

At Cognian we only make use of the best encryption algorithms available. This ensures all your data is encrypted every step of the way, from your smartphone/computed to our secured Data centres in the Cloud. We are also POPI complient, meaning we will never share any information with 3rd parties without your consent

How can this save my school money?
Cognian is the only system you will ever need, it is a all in one solution designed specifically with the constraints of South Africa in mind. This thus removes the need for any other application. Becuase we are fully digital and fully connected this will also reduce paper costs, sms package costs (we do communication better ;) ).

So do I need interned to use this system?
No!. The Cognian system was designed to work with little to know internet. This means you can perform any and all tasks you want and once you are connected again the application will automatically sync
